Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Columbia Nail Academy website and online continuing education courses.
Course enrollment and access
Students must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their course access. Access begins after enrollment and payment are completed and the course materials are made available.
Payments and refunds
Course prices are shown before purchase. Because courses are digital, purchases are non-refundable after access has been provided. Technical issues, accidental purchases, and other concerns may be reviewed case by case when reported promptly.
Completion and certificates
Students must complete all required materials and activities, fulfill the full four-hour requirement, and complete required knowledge checks or assessments. A certificate is issued only after successful completion. Students must keep their own copy for professional records.
Continuing education status
Continuing education credit applies only when the provider and applicable course have received required approval. Approval status and hours will be identified in each course listing after official confirmation. Students are responsible for confirming requirements for their license and renewal period.
Course materials and intellectual property
Course videos, text, downloads, assessments, graphics, and other materials belong to Columbia Nail Academy LLC or its licensors. They are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use and may not be copied, shared, resold, recorded, or distributed without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, misuse another student’s access, attempt unauthorized access, or use course materials for unlawful or misleading purposes. Access may be suspended for misuse.
Educational disclaimer
Course information is educational and does not replace laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, medical advice, or requirements from licensing authorities. Students remain responsible for safe practice and professional compliance.
